Billing Policy

An advanced deposit may be required in some instances. If Our Own Hands is providing the plants or materials for your project, a deposit will be invoiced for the amount of the plants and materials. Once the deposit is paid, work can begin. The remaining costs will be invoiced once the projected is completed.

Please note that if there is an outstanding invoice, future work cannot be performed by Our Own Hands until the invoice has been paid.
