Billing Policy

Payment is required before services are rendered. If Our Own Hands is providing the plants or materials for your project, a deposit will be invoiced for the amount of the plants and materials in addition to ancillary services. Once the deposit is paid, work can begin. Any remaining costs will be invoiced once the project is completed.

Please note that if there is an outstanding invoice, future work cannot be performed by Our Own Hands until the invoice has been paid.
